SupNIR-3000 Series Near Infrared Analyzer for Food, Grain and Feed Analysis
    Product Introduction
The SupNIR-3000 Series Near Infrared Analyzer is an advanced NIR spectroscopy analysis system designed for rapid and non-destructive measurement of physical and chemical components in solid particles, powders, strips, and liquid samples.
The instrument combines a holographic digital grating optical system with a high-sensitivity TEC-cooled InGaAs detector, providing excellent stability, high signal-to-noise ratio, and accurate spectral acquisition. The standard wavelength range is 1000–1800 nm, with an optional extension to 1000–2500 nm.
With the integrated RIMP analysis software and color touchscreen operation, users can complete sample measurement simply by placing the sample tray on the platform and clicking the measurement button. The system automatically performs spectral collection, data processing, and analysis.
The SupNIR-3000 Series is widely used in feed production, grain purchasing, oil processing, agricultural research, breeding evaluation, and food quality control.

    Working Principle
The SupNIR-3000 Series NIR Analyzer uses near infrared spectroscopy technology to determine the composition of agricultural and food samples.
During measurement, near infrared light is transmitted to the sample surface. Different chemical bonds such as C-H, O-H, and N-H absorb specific near infrared wavelengths. The reflected spectral information is collected by the high-performance InGaAs detector.
The RIMP software processes the spectral data using advanced chemometric models to calculate the concentration of target components. Through calibration models, the instrument can rapidly analyze moisture, protein, fat, fiber, ash, amino acids, and other physical or chemical indicators.
This technology enables fast, accurate, and environmentally friendly quality analysis without destroying samples.
