    ARX-DCM2020 Charge-based Particulate Matter Monitoring System
    Introduction:
    The ARX-DCM2020 charge-based particulate matter monitoring system is designed for ultra-low emission monitoring of industrial boilers. It consists of a flue gas parameter measurement and monitoring unit, a particulate matter monitoring unit, and a data acquisition and processing unit.
    The flue gas parameter measurement and monitoring unit can be equipped with the APT2000 series flue gas parameter measuring instrument and the ARX5100 oxygen content analyzer according to different operating conditions, enabling the measurement of particulate matter (dust) temperature, flow rate, pressure, humidity, and oxygen content. The particulate matter monitoring unit - DCM2020 smoke and dust meter adopts the electrostatic AC coupling induction principle, with an insulated metal sensor installed in the flue. When dust particles are charged and contact or pass near the insulated metal sensor, an electromotive force is generated inside the electrode. The DC component of the signal (generated by dust particles colliding with the metal sensor) is separated, and only the AC component of the signal (generated by dust particles passing through the metal sensor) is used to calculate the dust content. This electromotive force is proportional to the dust concentration, and the electromotive force is measured and amplified. Interference signals are filtered out through intelligent algorithm software, and finally a standard (4 ~ 20) mA signal is output, corresponding to the emission concentration (mg/m³).
    This system is equipped with a control signal output to trigger an alarm for excessive dust emissions. Its monitoring is precise and stable, making it suitable for continuous emission recording and data accumulation. The measurement is not affected by dust adhering to metal electrodes.
    Characteristics
    1. Utilizing internationally advanced electrostatic AC coupling technology, it boasts high sensitivity in dust detection. Even with linear dust contamination on the probe, it maintains its measurement sensitivity, requiring no maintenance or cleaning;
    2. Standard two-wire (4~20)mA current output, utilizing high-performance, low-power chips, facilitating long-distance signal transmission, with no special requirements for signal transmission wires, and enabling convenient subsequent PLC data processing;
    3. The quick-assembly card filter structure is simple and convenient to install. The smoke and dust meter requires no adjustment and can be used after proper connection. On-site engineering and technical personnel can install and use it correctly without any special training;
    4. With ingenious and reasonable design, the integrated transmitter achieves electrical isolation between its (4~20) mA current output and the input from the dust-sensing metal sensor, boasting strong anti-interference capability and ensuring safe and reliable signal transmission.
