    Introduction:
          The APT2000 flue gas multi-parameter measuring instrument is a new generation of online monitoring instrument, which measures the measuring instrument including temperature, flue pressure, flow rate, humidity, and oxygen concentration; it can be used for various boilers, furnace flues and mine exhaust pipes. Flow rate, dynamic pressure, flue pressure, temperature, humidity, and oxygen concentration are monitored online; this product is mainly used in CEMS and VOC systems.
    Measuring principle:
             The flow rate of the APT2000 flue gas multi-parameter measuring instrument is designed based on the differential pressure measurement principle of the traditional pitot tube; the humidity is measured with the principle of extracting and humidity sensitive capacitance (to realize the temperature control and heating of the humidity probe to prevent condensation and protect the sensor).
    Features:
    1. The main engine air circuit adopts self-developed technology to realize the hard connection of valve block and sensor; making the structure more compact, small in size and convenient for on-site installation and maintenance.
    2. Humidity probe and oxygen probe adopt jet extraction type measurement, self-control temperature heating technology to prevent condensation and protect the sensor from corrosion damage.
    3. Simultaneous detection of dynamic pressure, static pressure, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and oxygen concentration in the pipeline. The temperature and pressure compensation algorithm makes the flow rate measurement more accurate; it can output differential pressure, flow rate and temperature signals at the same time.
    4. Support automatic blowback. The interval of back-flushing can be set to periodically purge the Pitot tube and the measuring chamber; with purge air source pressure
    5. Support zero point calibration.
    6. With 4-20mA current signal output function.
