Brief introduction:
ZB-3A automatic disintegrating instrument is a fully automatic electromechanical integrated drug testing instrument developed according to the provisions on the disintegrating time limit of tablets, capsules and pills in Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015. Its main technical indicators also comply with the USP, BP, JP on disintegration time limit detection provisions. Using the hanging basket which fully conforms to the pharmacopoeia, the infrared image analysis technology is used to automatically determine the disintegration time and describe the disintegration process curve. The application of this instrument in pharmaceutical industry, through the analysis of disintegration time and disintegration curve, greatly promotes the improvement of preparation level.
