    Working Principle
The X9S employs a double beam UV-Visible optical system using a pulsed xenon light source. Light emitted from the xenon lamp passes through a high-precision holographic grating where it is separated into monochromatic wavelengths. The monochromatic light is simultaneously monitored by the sample beam and reference beam, allowing real-time compensation for light source fluctuations.
An imported silicon photodiode detector accurately measures transmitted light intensity, enabling precise calculations of absorbance, transmittance, concentration, and optional reflectance. The double beam design significantly improves measurement stability, baseline flatness, and long-term reproducibility.
