    S5000-UV-NIR Fiber Optic Spectrometer
    Product Introduction
The S5000-UV-NIR Fiber Optic Spectrometer is a compact spectrometer designed for broad-spectrum measurement in industrial and scientific research applications. Equipped with a 2088-line CCD detector, it provides an ultra-wide spectral detection range of 185–1100 nm, covering ultraviolet (UV), visible and near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths with a single spectrometer.
With 0.4 nm wavelength resolution, 1200:1 signal-to-noise ratio, <0.1% stray light and approximately 99.8% corrected linearity, the S5000-UV-NIR offers reliable spectral measurement in a compact and low-power design.

    Key Features
Ultra-wide spectral range: 185–1100 nm, covering UV to NIR.
      Compact design: 115 × 80 × 40 mm and approximately 500 g.
High-resolution measurement: 0.4 nm wavelength resolution.
2088-line CCD detector for broadband spectral acquisition.
      High signal-to-noise ratio: 1200:1.
      Low stray light: <0.1%.
      High corrected linearity: approximately 99.8%.
USB-powered: 5 V DC supplied directly through a computer USB port.
SMA905 fiber interface for flexible optical coupling.
Wide exposure range: 0.03 ms to 60 s.
Optional communication: LAN and RS232 available in addition to USB 2.0.
Wide operating temperature: -20°C to 65°C.

    Working Principle
The S5000-UV-NIR collects light through the SMA905 fiber interface. The incoming light passes through the 30 μm entrance slit and is dispersed by the 600 g/mm diffraction grating into different wavelengths.
The 2088-line CCD array detects the dispersed optical signals. A 16-bit A/D converter converts the detector signals into digital data, which is then transmitted to the computer through USB 2.0 for spectral acquisition and analysis using SpectraPro software.
