    NanoReady Touch Ultra-Micro UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
    Product Overview
The NanoReady Touch Ultra-Micro UV-Vis Spectrophotometer is a compact micro-volume UV-Vis spectrophotometer designed for rapid and accurate concentration and absorbance measurements of nucleic acids, proteins, bacterial and cell culture samples, as well as unknown samples.
The instrument features a built-in 7-inch high-resolution color touchscreen and an Android operating system, allowing complete operation without an external computer. Measurement results are displayed in real time, historical data can be stored internally, and test data can be exported to a computer.
With an integrated and compact design, NanoReady Touch is well suited for space-limited laboratories and mobile testing applications.

    Key Features
    • 7-inch Color Touchscreen: Built-in high-resolution color touchscreen displays comprehensive measurement information and supports complete instrument operation directly on the screen.
    • Wide Detection Range: The minimum optical path length is only 0.03 mm. Combined with the latest-generation spectrometer, the instrument can measure dsDNA concentrations from as low as 0.2 ng/μL up to 27,500 ng/μL.
    • Multiple Configurations: Different configurations are available, including full-wavelength or fixed-wavelength models and micro-volume or cuvette measurement configurations.
    • Heated and Stirred Cuvette Compartment: The cuvette compartment can be equipped with heating and stirring functions for applications requiring controlled sample conditions.
    • Customizable Wavelength: Fixed-wavelength models can be customized with different wavelength configurations according to specific testing requirements.
    • Visual Status Indicator: An LED light strip around the measurement platform indicates different operating states through flashing patterns, making the measurement process easier to monitor.
    • Android Operating System: Built-in operating system and analytical software eliminate the need for an external computer. The graphical touchscreen interface provides intuitive operation and improves workflow efficiency.
    • Stable and Reliable Measurements: Designed to provide stable and accurate measurements across a wide concentration range, including both low-concentration and high-concentration nucleic acid samples.

    Working Principle
The NanoReady Touch uses UV-Vis spectrophotometry to determine sample concentration and absorbance by measuring the interaction between the sample and ultraviolet or visible light.
For micro-volume measurements, a small sample volume is placed on the measurement pedestal. The instrument automatically forms a short optical path through the sample. The UV-Vis spectrometer detects the transmitted light intensity at the selected wavelength or across the full wavelength range.
Based on the measured absorbance, the system can calculate sample concentration and provide relevant analytical results. The ultra-short 0.03 mm optical path extends the measurable concentration range while reducing the need for sample dilution.
