    Introduction:
    The transformer winding temperature indicator (hereinafter referred to as the winding temperature indicator) is specifically designed for oil-immersed power transformers, which can indirectly measure the winding temperature using the "thermal simulation" method. Let T1 represent the temperature of the transformer winding, which is T2 and T, i.e. T1=T2+ T, where T2 is the upper oil temperature of the transformer, T is the increase in winding temperature relative to oil temperature. This T depends on the winding current and the current of the secondary current transformer (CT) being proportional to the winding current. The working principle of the temperature indicator is as follows: the current and load of the current transformer are first adjusted through a converter, and then flow through the embedded heating element in the elastic component; The heat generated by the heating element causes the displacement of additional elastic components, resulting in a temperature indication value higher than the oil temperature. In this way, the temperature indicator can obtain the average indicated winding temperature. When indicating the temperature of the transformer winding, the BWR-04 series winding temperature indicator light can provide up to six sets of switches (AC250V/15A) for control, overheating alarm, and tripping of the transformer cooling system; This instrument can output (4-20) mA passive current signal (or active (4-20) mA, Pt100 platinum resistance signal) as the input signal for the digital display thermometer in the control cabin.
