ZY-1006 rubber and plastic low temperature brittleness tester

    Introduction:
ZY-1006 rubber and plastic low-temperature brittleness tester is the highest temperature when the sample is damaged by impact under the specified conditions, which is the brittle temperature. It can be used to compare the performance of plastic and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions. . The brittle temperature and low temperature properties of vulcanized rubbers of different rubber materials or different formulations can be determined. Therefore, it is indispensable in the quality inspection of scientific research materials and their products, and the control of production processes. The instrument is designed according to GB1682 national standard, and the technical indicators meet the requirements of HG 2-162-1965 plastic low temperature impact compression test method and GB5470-2008 plastic impact embrittlement temperature test method.
     Technical Parameters
    1. Test temperature and time: Nearly -75 degrees (normally more than 1 hour) The cooling time is short, no water cooling is required, and it is more environmentally friendly.
         2. Impact speed: 2m/s±0.2m/s
         3. After constant temperature, the temperature fluctuation during the test within 3 minutes: <±0.5°C fluctuation is small, and the temperature control is more accurate.
         4. Distance from the center of the impactor to the lower end of the holder: 11±0.5mm
         5, size: 760 * 550 * 1300
6, power: 800W power is smaller, after the temperature reaches the compressor, there is automatic shutdown, more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
7, volume: 3500 ml larger volume, wider test range
    Structural principle
         3.1 Lifting clamp
The lift gripper consists of a cylinder with a gripper and a cylinder block.
The distance from the impact portion of the specimen to the lower end of the holder is 11.0 ± 0.5 mm, as shown in Fig. 1.
         3.2 impact device
The impact device consists of an impactor and an impact cylinder.
         3.3 impactor
The shape and dimensions of the impactor head are shown in Figure 2. The impactor has a weight of 200 ± 20 g and a working stroke of 40 ± 1 mm. In the reset state of the impact cylinder, the distance from the end of the impactor to the sample is 25 ± 1 mm.
3.4 Freezing medium: Industrial ethanol 3.5 This measuring instrument is directly cooled by a compressor. It is not necessary to cool the circulating water.
    Instructions
4.1 Turn on the power, and the temperature controller and timer display lights.
4.2 Inject cold medium (usually industrial ethanol) into the cold well, and the injection amount should ensure that the distance from the lower end of the holder to the liquid surface is 75±10mm.
4.3 Clamp the specimen vertically on the holder (Figure 1). The clip should not be too tight or too loose to prevent the sample from deforming or falling off.
4.4 Press the gripper to start freezing the sample and start the timing control switch (or press the stopwatch) to time. The freezing time of the sample was specified to be 3.0 ± 0.5 min. During the freezing of the sample, the temperature of the freezing medium should not exceed ±1 °C.
4.5 Lift the lifting clamp so that the impactor impacts the specimen within half a second.
4.6 Remove the sample and bend the sample to 180° in the direction of impact. Observe the damage carefully.
4.7 After the sample is impacted (only one impact per sample), if there is damage, the temperature of the freezing medium should be increased, otherwise the temperature will be lowered and the test will continue.
Through trial and error, the lowest temperature at which at least two samples are not destroyed and the highest temperature at which at least one sample is destroyed are determined. If the difference between the two results is not more than 1 ° C, the test is finished.
    Test Standard
         5.1 Specifications
            The sample has a length of 25.0 ± 0.5 mm, a width of 6.0 ± 0.5 mm, and a thickness of 2.0 ± 0.3 mm.
         5.2 requirements
The surface of the sample should be smooth and free of foreign matter and damage. The finished product should be ground to the appropriate size.
