ZQJ-2300 Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector
    Product Introduction
The ZQJ-2300 Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector is a compact and mobile helium leak detector designed for high-sensitivity leak testing of vacuum systems, pressure vessels, components, and sealed assemblies. Using helium or hydrogen as a tracer gas, the instrument detects tracer gas entering through microscopic leaks and determines leak location and leakage rate.
Helium is widely used as a tracer gas because of its low background level, small molecular size, low viscosity, high diffusivity, and inert chemical properties. The ZQJ-2300 combines a mass spectrometer-based detection system with fast vacuum protection and background clearance to provide reliable leak detection performance.
With a compact design, built-in auxiliary pumping interface, RS232 communication and external I/O, the ZQJ-2300 is suitable for both laboratory and industrial leak testing.

    Performance Features
High leak detection sensitivity: Minimum detectable leak rate of 2.0 × 10¹¹ Pa·m³/s.
      Wide measurement range: 1 × 10¹¹ to 1 × 10⁵ Pa·m³/s.
Fast response: Response time ≤2 seconds for efficient leak localization.
Rapid startup: Startup time of less than 7 minutes.
Compact mobile design: 39.5 kg body with dimensions of 500 × 354 × 397 mm for convenient movement.
Fast background clearance: Quickly removes helium background for stable measurement.
Reliable vacuum protection: Rapid vacuum protection helps protect the detection system.
Long-life yttrium oxide filament: Improves service life and helps reduce maintenance requirements.
Built-in auxiliary pumping interface: Supports different vacuum system configurations.
Multiple communication interfaces: RS232 and external I/O facilitate integration with automated test equipment.

    Working Principle
The ZQJ-2300 Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector uses helium as a tracer gas. Helium is introduced into or sprayed around the test component depending on the selected leak-testing method.
If a leak exists, helium passes through the leakage path and enters the vacuum detection system. The mass spectrometer is tuned to selectively detect helium ions while minimizing interference from other gases.
The detected helium signal is converted into a quantitative leak-rate value. By monitoring changes in the helium signal while scanning the test component, operators can identify the location and magnitude of leaks.
The instrument's fast background clearance and vacuum protection functions help maintain stable detection performance during continuous testing.
