    Working Principle
    The W660 consists of a wireless transmitting handheld molten metal thermometer and a wireless receiving large-screen display.
    During temperature measurement, a compatible thermocouple is connected to the handheld measuring unit through the testing gun. When the thermocouple contacts the molten metal, it generates a thermoelectric signal corresponding to the measured temperature.
    The handheld instrument processes the temperature signal and converts it into a digital temperature value. The measurement data is then transmitted wirelessly at 433 MHz to the receiving large-screen display.
    The receiving unit displays the temperature value using large 128 mm-high digital characters, allowing personnel at a distance to monitor the molten metal temperature without being physically connected to the handheld thermometer.
    After the measurement is completed, the system can automatically retain the measured value while providing light and audible indications. Measurement data can also be stored internally and transferred to a computer through the standard RS-232C interface.
