VE-DS Series Laboratory High Purity Water System

    Product Introduction
The VE-DS Series Laboratory High Purity Water System is an integrated laboratory water purification system that uses municipal tap water as the feed water and can produce both purified water and ultrapure water. It is designed to meet the diverse water requirements of modern laboratories while reducing water, energy, and operating time consumption.
With a compact, modular, and user-friendly design, the VE-DS series requires minimal installation space and integrates water purification and monitoring functions into a convenient system. The system provides water quality decline alarms and consumable replacement reminders, helping maintain stable water quality and simplify routine maintenance.
The ultrapure water mode can achieve a resistivity of 18.25 MΩ·cm at 25°C, making the system suitable for analytical instruments, molecular biology, chromatography, spectroscopy, reagent preparation, and other laboratory applications.

    Performance Features
    •  Dual water production: Produces both purified water and ultrapure water from municipal tap water.
    •  High-purity water quality: Ultrapure water resistivity reaches 18.25 MΩ·cm @ 25°C.
    •   Low TOC: TOC is <15 ppb, suitable for sensitive analytical applications.
    •   High purification efficiency: Pure water desalination rate reaches 95–99%.
    •   Multiple production capacities: Available in 10–100 L/h models.
    •   Fast water dispensing: Water dispensing speed reaches 1.5–2 L/min.
    •   Compact modular design: Integrated structure saves laboratory space.
    •   Water quality alarm: Automatically alerts users when water quality declines.
    •   Consumable replacement reminder: Helps users maintain stable purification performance.
    •   Energy and water efficient: Designed to save water, electricity, and operating time.
    • Easy operation: Human-oriented design simplifies daily laboratory water production.

    Working Principle
The VE-DS Series laboratory water purification system uses municipal tap water as the feed source and applies multi-stage purification and polishing processes to remove dissolved salts, organic contaminants, particles, and other impurities.
The purification process first produces purified water with a desalination rate of up to 95–99%. Further high-purity treatment produces ultrapure water with a resistivity of 18.25 MΩ·cm at 25°C and TOC below 15 ppb.
The system continuously monitors water quality and provides an alarm when the water quality decreases. It also reminds users when purification consumables reach their replacement period, helping ensure stable water quality for laboratory analysis.
