    TrueX 800 Handheld Alloy Analyzer

    Product Introduction
The TrueX 800 Handheld Alloy Analyzer is a portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) metal analyzer designed for rapid, non-destructive analysis and identification of metal materials and alloy grades. Compared with conventional titration and spectrophotometric methods, XRF provides fast analysis without damaging the tested sample, making it highly suitable for on-site and factory material inspection.
With advanced algorithms, a professional alloy grade library, lightweight construction, and robust environmental protection, the TrueX 800 can identify alloy composition and elemental concentrations within seconds. It is an effective tool for Positive Material Identification (PMI), QA/QC, alloy grade identification, material sorting, mixed-material identification, and metal recycling.

    Performance Features
    Professional Alloy Grade Library
The TrueX 800 includes a built-in database containing 380 alloy grades, helping users identify and convert alloy designations used in different countries and industries. The alloy library can also be expanded by users to support more than 600 alloy types and over 10,000 material grades.
    Low Detection Limits
The advanced net-intensity fitting algorithm and Super-FP algorithm enable accurate metal and elemental analysis without frequently switching measurement modes.
    Non-Destructive Testing
XRF analysis does not damage the tested material. The analyzer can be used for field inspection in challenging environments, including high or low temperatures, dusty locations, and dark or humid working conditions.
    Personalized Analysis and Reporting
Professional analysis software supports security passwords and customized analysis reports, including personalized report formats and company logos.
    Portable and Easy to Operate
The TrueX 800 features one-button operation and a compact, lightweight design. At approximately 1.5 kg, it is convenient for field inspection and supports remote instrument operation and management.
    Efficient Thermal Management
A dedicated T-slot cooling system improves heat dissipation and reduces waiting time caused by detector cooling, supporting efficient continuous operation.
    Enhanced Radiation Safety
The integrated DoubleBeam™ technology automatically detects whether a sample is present in front of the instrument, improving X-ray safety and protection during operation.

    Working Principle
The TrueX 800 uses X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) for elemental analysis.
When primary X-rays irradiate the metal sample, atoms in the sample are excited and emit characteristic secondary X-rays. Each element produces characteristic fluorescence energy, while the intensity of the emitted fluorescence is related to its concentration.
The analyzer detects and processes these characteristic X-rays using a Si-PIN or SDD detector and applies advanced algorithms to calculate elemental composition. The resulting composition can then be compared with the built-in alloy database for rapid alloy grade identification and material classification.
The process is non-destructive and can provide analytical results within seconds, making the TrueX 800 suitable for rapid on-site PMI and metal sorting.
