    PC2000 Industrial Fiber Optic Spectrometer

    Product Introduction
The PC2000 Industrial Fiber Optic Spectrometer is a compact, high-resolution optical spectrometer designed for precision spectral measurement, OEM integration and customized optical systems. It provides up to 0.1 nm optical resolution while maintaining a compact structure.
With a 100 mm focal length and 0.11 numerical aperture, the optical platform achieves a balanced combination of spectral resolution and sensitivity without increasing the spectrometer size. Its EX dual-blazed grating technology provides more uniform response across a wide spectral range and helps address efficiency balance and higher-order spectral interference.
The PC2000 can also be equipped with a specially UV-sensitized deep-UV CCD to extend detection into the deep-UV region. Flag-status and low-level calling technologies support fast measurement, system integration and customized spectrometer application development.

    Performance Features
    1.  High-resolution optical platform
Optimizes resolution and sensitivity within a compact spectrometer structure.
    2. Wide spectral coverage
Variable-blazed gratings and linear-gradient order-sorting filters help balance efficiency across a broad spectral range and reduce higher-order interference.
    3. High optical resolution
Optical resolution can reach 0.1 nm, depending on configuration.
    4. EX dual-blazed grating technology
Provides a more uniform response over wide spectral bands, with the broadest configurable coverage reaching 200–1100 nm.
    5. High-speed control
A new integration time can be set within 1 ms, reducing spectrometer control overhead.
    5. Flag-status technology
Enables users to check acquisition completion status and interrupt or restart acquisition without prolonged waiting.
    6. Low-level calling technology
Supports system integration and application development for customized spectrometer solutions.
    7. Flexible optical configuration
Multiple slit sizes, gratings, filters and fiber interfaces can be selected or customized.

    Working Principle
The PC2000 receives optical radiation through a fiber optic interface. The incoming light is directed into the spectrometer's optical system, where the optical components collimate and disperse the light according to wavelength.
The selected diffraction grating separates the incoming spectrum, and the dispersed light is projected onto the TCD1304DG linear CCD array. The CCD converts the optical signal into electrical signals, which are digitized by the 16-bit A/D converter.
The resulting spectral data can then be processed by the host system for wavelength identification, intensity analysis and other customized spectral measurement applications. Depending on the selected grating, slit and detector configuration, the PC2000 can provide different spectral ranges and resolutions.
