MR-3CHANNEL Triple Channel Micro Raman Spectrometer
    Product Introduction
The MR-3CHANNEL Triple Channel Micro Raman Spectrometer is an integrated Raman microscopy system combining optical microscopy observation, camera imaging, Raman spectral analysis, and Raman hyperspectral imaging. Designed for advanced material characterization, it provides a flexible multi-wavelength Raman spectroscopy solution with three external channels that allow three different Raman spectrometer modules to be installed simultaneously.
The system supports multiple excitation wavelengths including 405nm, 532nm, 633nm, 785nm, 830nm, and 1064nm, enabling rapid automatic switching between different Raman detection modules through software control. With an optional automated platform, the MR-3CHANNEL can perform automatic point scanning and Raman mapping for high-resolution chemical imaging.
The instrument is widely used for micro-area analysis, material identification, semiconductor research, nanomaterials, pharmaceuticals, polymers, and scientific research applications requiring precise Raman spectroscopy and imaging.

    Working Principle
The MR-3CHANNEL Micro Raman Spectrometer uses the Raman scattering effect to analyze material composition.
When laser light is focused onto the sample surface through the microscope objective, most of the incident light is elastically scattered (Rayleigh scattering), while a small portion interacts with molecular vibrations and produces Raman scattering with shifted wavelengths.
The Raman scattered light is collected by the confocal optical system and transmitted to the selected spectrometer module. Different excitation wavelengths can be selected according to sample characteristics to reduce fluorescence interference or improve detection sensitivity.
The three-channel structure allows multiple Raman spectrometer modules to be connected simultaneously. Through software switching, users can quickly select different wavelengths for Raman analysis, enabling efficient multi-wavelength detection and Raman imaging.
