MID06 Fully Automatic Intelligent Microwave Digestion System
    Product Overview
The MID06 Fully Automatic Intelligent Microwave Digestion System is designed for efficient and controlled sample digestion prior to elemental analysis by AA, ICP and ICP-MS. Its closed-vessel design helps prevent element loss and sample leakage caused by venting, supporting reliable analytical results.
The system combines high-power microwave heating, real-time temperature and pressure monitoring, intelligent control, and multiple safety protection mechanisms. A 7-inch color touchscreen and ergonomic design provide convenient operation for modern analytical laboratories.

    Key Features
    • Safe closed-vessel patented design helps minimize element loss and sample leakage during digestion
    • Professional electromagnetic shielding design for enhanced microwave leakage protection
    • 7-inch color touchscreen with graphical interface for intuitive operation
    • 2450 MHz dual-magnetron microwave source with 2200 W continuous variable-frequency output
    • Real-time monitoring and display of temperature and pressure for reaction vessels
    • 65 L 316L stainless steel cavity with multilayer corrosion-resistant PFA coating
    • Electronic and mechanical dual safety protection with automatic pressure relief and explosion-buffering design

    Working Principle
The MID06 uses 2450 MHz microwave energy to rapidly heat samples and digestion reagents inside sealed reaction vessels. The closed-vessel environment enables efficient digestion under controlled temperature and pressure while reducing the loss of volatile elements.
During the digestion process, temperature and pressure are continuously monitored. The microwave output can be automatically adjusted or stopped when abnormal pressure conditions are detected. A dedicated pressure-relief system provides additional passive protection for the reaction vessels.
