    Working Principle
The HT Multiplex Analyzer works based on multiplex flow cytometry and fluorescence detection technology.
During operation, biological samples containing fluorescently labeled microspheres are introduced into the fluidic system. The microspheres flow through the detection chamber individually under controlled sheath fluid conditions.
A semiconductor-pumped laser and LD laser module illuminate the microspheres. Different encoded microspheres generate specific fluorescence signals according to their optical characteristics. The system uses APD and PMT detectors to collect fluorescence and side scatter signals.
The built-in computer analysis system identifies each microsphere type, analyzes fluorescence intensity, and determines the concentration or presence of multiple biological targets simultaneously.
