HC10 Fixed Automatic Mixed Water Quality Sampler
    Product Introduction
The HC10 Fixed Automatic Mixed Water Quality Sampler is a professional environmental monitoring instrument designed for surface water sampling, wastewater monitoring, pollution source investigation and total pollutant control.
Using internationally advanced peristaltic pump sampling technology and microcontroller-based automatic control, the HC10 automatic water sampler can collect time-proportional mixed samples and flow-proportional mixed samples according to monitoring requirements. It meets the sampling requirements of environmental monitoring standards and provides reliable water samples for laboratory analysis.
The HC10 fixed automatic water sampler adopts intelligent control technology, refrigerated sample storage and programmable sampling functions. It is widely used in municipal wastewater outlets, industrial discharge monitoring points, rivers, surface water stations and drinking water sources.
    Three versions are available:
    • HC10 Standard Version – General surface water and wastewater monitoring.
    • HC10-FH Anti-Corrosion Version – Designed for highly polluted sources with strong acid/alkali and corrosive environments.
    • HC10-JK Disease Control Version – Designed for wastewater virus monitoring and public health applications.

    Working Principle
The HC10 automatic water sampler uses a peristaltic pump system controlled by an industrial microcontroller.
During operation, the sampling tube is driven by the peristaltic pump to transport water samples into the storage container. According to preset parameters, the controller automatically manages sampling time, interval, volume and mixing quantity.
For composite sampling, multiple samples collected at different times are mixed proportionally to obtain a representative water sample. The refrigerated storage chamber maintains sample temperature at 4±2℃ to prevent sample degradation before laboratory analysis.
When equipped with flow sensors, the HC10 can perform flow-proportional sampling and record flow data together with sampling information.
