    Working Principle
    The FLUORO 9 molecular fluorescence spectrometer uses a pulsed xenon lamp to excite molecules in the sample. When molecules absorb excitation light, they enter an excited electronic state and subsequently return toward a lower energy state while releasing fluorescence or other luminescence.
    The excitation and emission wavelengths are selected and analyzed through the spectrometer's monochromator optical system. The emitted light is collected by a high-sensitivity photomultiplier tube detector and converted into an electrical signal.
