    Introduction:
    The instrument is a high-voltage test device designed according to the requirements of GB/T 13542-92 and IEC 60674-2:1988 electrical plastic film standards. Mainly used for the breakdown points per square meter of electrical polyurethane film, plastic film, polypropylene film and other insulating materials under a given DC voltage. This machine is controlled by computer, which can quickly and accurately collect and process various data in the test process, and can access, display and print.
         The test voltage of this tester is 0-6KV DC voltage, and its fluctuation is ±1%. The tester returns the voltage to the original set voltage within about 0.1s after the weak point breakdown of the sample. The copper roller is the lower electrode, and the conductive rubber is the upper electrode. The film was moved at a speed of 3 m/min. When a weak point is encountered, the breakdown point is automatically accumulated and counted. Membrane movement is automatically counted in square numbers.
