    BTPM-HS5 Environmental Air Particulate Sampler
    Product Overview
The BTPM-HS5 Environmental Air Particulate Sampler is a portable multi-filter PM2.5 sampling system designed for ambient air quality monitoring and particulate matter analysis. Equipped with an automatic 5-filter replacement mechanism, the sampler can perform unattended continuous sampling over extended periods, significantly reducing manual intervention and improving monitoring efficiency.
Complying with HJ93-2013 Environmental Protection Standards, the BTPM-HS5 allows users to load up to five 47 mm filters simultaneously. Each filter can be programmed with an independent sampling duration from 1 to 99 hours. Once a sampling cycle is completed, the instrument automatically switches to the next filter, enabling sequential PM monitoring without operator assistance.
Featuring a high-precision mass flow controller, Thomas vacuum pump, touchscreen interface, and integrated environmental sensors, the BTPM-HS5 is ideal for environmental monitoring agencies, research institutions, universities, atmospheric studies, and industrial air quality assessment projects.

An optional cooling module minimizes the loss of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) collected on filters, improving sample representativeness for advanced atmospheric research.

    Working Principle
The BTPM-HS5 draws ambient air through a size-selective sampling inlet (PM2.5, PM10, PM1, or TSP). Airborne particulate matter is collected onto a 47 mm filter at a controlled flow rate of 16.67 L/min.
A precision mass flow controller continuously regulates airflow to ensure accurate sampling volume. After the preset sampling period expires, the automatic filter exchange system rotates a fresh filter into position and initiates the next sampling cycle.
During operation, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, flow rate, and system status are continuously monitored and recorded. All sampling data are stored digitally for subsequent laboratory analysis and environmental reporting.
