ATR3100 Enhanced High Sensitivity Raman Spectrometer
    Product Introduction
ATR3100 is an enhanced high-sensitivity Raman spectrometer designed for demanding Raman analysis applications requiring ultra-high signal-to-noise performance, low detection noise, and reliable field operation. Developed with advanced cooled CCD detection technology, optimized optical design, and ultra-low noise signal processing circuits, ATR3100 delivers exceptional spectral sensitivity and stability.
Compared with the ATR2000 Raman spectrometer, ATR3100 improves the signal-to-noise ratio by more than 15 times, with nearly 100 times enhancement at the 2000 cm⁻¹ Raman shift region. The system is equipped with a specially customized ultra-low noise CCD signal processing circuit with quantization noise below 3 counts (RMS), achieving industry-leading detection performance.
With compact structure, Android touchscreen control, LAN remote testing capability, and battery-powered operation, ATR3100 is suitable for both laboratory research and on-site Raman measurement.

    Working Principle
ATR3100 enhanced Raman spectrometer uses Raman scattering technology to analyze molecular structures and chemical compositions.
During measurement, the 785 nm excitation laser irradiates the sample through the Raman probe. When laser photons interact with molecular vibrations, a small portion of scattered light undergoes energy shifts known as Raman scattering. These shifted signals contain molecular fingerprint information.
The collected Raman signal is transmitted to the high-sensitivity cooled CCD detector. Through optimized optical components and ultra-low noise signal processing circuits, weak Raman signals are amplified and converted into high-quality spectral data for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
The combination of high-performance optics, cooled detector technology, and advanced signal processing enables ATR3100 to achieve excellent sensitivity and spectral stability.
