    Introduction:
    The ACU10FA mass flow controller consists of components such as a mass flow sensor, laminar flow stratification component, flow controller regulating valve, and amplification control circuit. It is constructed by utilizing the heat conduction distribution effect, where the flow of fluid transfers heat to change the temperature distribution on the wall of the measuring capillary.
     The ACU10FA employs the principle of temperature difference calorimetry before and after heat transfer through the capillary to measure the mass flow of gas, which is unaffected by temperature and pressure. The flow signal measured by the sensor is amplified, then compared with a set voltage, and the resulting difference is used to drive the control regulating valve. The flow through the channel is closed-loop controlled to match the set flow rate.
