ACU10FA-LM analog mass flowmeter Introduction: The ACU10FA analog mass flowmeter consists of a mass flow sensor, laminar flow stratification component, flow controller regulating valve, and amplification control circuit. It offers a wide measurement range, with options from 5 SCCM to 30 SLM. It is designed based on the heat conduction distribution effect, where the temperature distribution on the wall of the measuring capillary changes due to the heat transfer from the flowing fluid. The working principle of ACU10FA is to measure the mass flow rate of gas using the calorimetric method based on the temperature difference before and after heat transfer through a capillary tube, which is not affected by temperature or pressure. The flow signal measured by the sensor is amplified and then compared with a set voltage. The resulting difference is used to drive and control the regulating valve, achieving closed-loop control of the flow through the channel to match the set flow rate. Product application in Glass industry; solar energy; atmospheric monitoring; industrial manufacturing; petroleum and petrochemical; coal metallurgy; gas production and distribution; environment protection Various instrumental analyses Features: 1. Thermal principle, fast response, high accuracy 2. Tubular shunt, less prone to blockage 3. Applicable to various low-pressure and high-pressure pipelines 4. Short warm-up time, small zero drift, and high reliability 5. Analog input/output can utilize secondary meters or flow computers to control and display flow rates Technical Specifications: Measuring range: 5 SCCM to 30 SLM Accuracy: ±1.0%F.S Temperature: ±1℃ Linearity: ±0.5%F.S Repeatability: ±0.2%F.S Response time: <1.5s Analog quantity: 0~5V, 4~20mA Power supply: ±15VDC, 24VDC Operating temperature: 0~50℃ Working pressure: Operating pressure drop: <30Kpa Maximum pressure resistance: 3MPa/10MPa Electrical connection: DB9 socket Leakage rate: 1×10-9 Pa m³/S Temperature coefficient: ±0.015%F.S/℃ Base material: Stainless steel Sealing material: fluororubber, neoprene, nitrile rubber Connectors: φ3, φ6, 1/8", 1/4"
