With a wide control range spanning from 5 SCCM to 30 SLM, it can measure and regulate flow rates as low as 1 SCCM, making it ideal for controlling very small flow rates. The working principle of the ACU10FA mass flow controller involves measuring the mass flow of gas using the calorimetric method based on the temperature difference before and after heat transfer through a capillary tube, which is unaffected by temperature and pressure. The flow signal measured by the sensor is amplified and then compared with a set voltage. The resulting difference is used to drive and control the regulating valve, achieving closed-loop control of the flow through the channel to match the set flow rate.
