The collector integrates a GPRS wireless communication module (optional CDMA) and operates in a real-time online and automatic reporting mode. The collector is equipped with an oil fume probe interface for connecting the probe. The collector collects the raw data of oil fume by controlling the probe, reads the raw data collected by the probe, and performs comprehensive calculations to finally obtain the concentration value of oil fume. Due to the complex composition of oil fume, the oil fume probe of ZWIN-YY06 adopts special technology, which can comprehensively analyze various oil fume components and obtain accurate oil fume emission data. We have designed the probe to be easy to install, stable and reliable in response to the actual situation of oil fume emissions in the catering industry, the actual situation of the flue, and the requirements for real-time sampling. Due to the high risk of oil fume contaminating the sensor, the probe of ZWIN-YY06 adopts a special design that can effectively filter large diameter particulate smoke and dust, making the probe resistant to oil fume pollution and extending its service life.
