ZR-3260D Low-Concentration Automatic Flue Gas and Dust Comprehensive Tester

    Product Introduction
The ZR-3260D Low-Concentration Automatic Flue Gas and Dust Comprehensive Tester is a compact automatic emission testing instrument designed for fixed pollution sources. It is used for particulate matter sampling, including ultra-low-concentration particulate matter, measurement of toxic and hazardous gases such as SO₂ and NOx, and determination of dust removal and desulfurization efficiency.
The instrument can also measure flue gas temperature, differential pressure, static pressure, moisture content and other flue gas parameters, while calculating converted concentration and total emissions. Its compact design, automatic flow control, wireless operation and rugged construction make it suitable for demanding field emission measurements.

    Working Principle
The ZR-3260D flue gas and dust tester uses a sampling system to extract representative flue gas and particulate matter from fixed pollution sources. The electronic flowmeter continuously monitors sampling conditions, while the microcomputer automatically adjusts the sampling flow to achieve isokinetic sampling.
During sampling, the instrument measures flue gas temperature, pressure and other parameters and can determine particulate matter concentration. Gas sampling modules can be configured for measurement of SO₂, NOx and other pollutants.
For SO₂ measurement, the instrument provides an optional CO interference correction function. When enabled, the measured CO concentration is automatically used to correct the SO₂ result according to the configured correction coefficient.
The instrument can further calculate parameters such as standardized concentration, dry standard flow rate and total emissions, supporting emission compliance evaluation and pollution-control equipment efficiency testing.
