ZR-3260 Automatic Particulate and Flue Gas Comprehensive Tester

    Product Introduction
The ZR-3260 Automatic Particulate and Flue Gas Comprehensive Tester is a compact Type-B instrument designed for monitoring emissions from stationary pollution sources. It is used for particulate matter sampling, toxic and harmful gas measurement—including SO₂, NOx and CO—dust removal and desulfurization efficiency testing, and flue gas condition measurement.
The instrument measures flue gas temperature, dynamic pressure, static pressure and moisture content. It also automatically calculates corrected pollutant concentrations and total emissions, making it suitable for environmental monitoring, industrial emission testing and pollution-control performance evaluation.

    Performance Features
    •  Automatic CO correction for SO: The correction function can be enabled or disabled. Correction coefficients can be determined through interference tests and entered into the instrument.
    •  Accurate flow control: Sampling flow control meets the requirements of HJ/T 46, with real-time monitoring of temperature and pressure.
    •  Flue duct information database: Automatically stores flue duct operating conditions and supports Chinese character input for quickly retrieving historical configurations.
    •  Dual operation modes: Supports both touchscreen and keypad operation.
    •  5.0-inch color display: The high-brightness, wide-temperature, multi-angle flip screen provides graphical Chinese-language display and a wide viewing angle.
    •  Rugged industrial design: Dustproof and waterproof precision keypad, high-cold resistance and enhanced protection against static electricity, impact and harsh operating conditions.
Automatic condensate drainage: The built-in drain pump automatically removes condensate during particulate and flue gas sampling, making the instrument suitable for high-humidity applications.
    •  Large-capacity data storage: Supports unlimited sampling data storage through internal memory, SD cards and USB flash drives.
    •  Wireless operation: Supports mobile APP control, Bluetooth communication and an optional high-speed Bluetooth printer.
    •  High-load sampling pump: The low-noise, high-flow extraction pump provides a flow rate of up to 80 L/min.
    •  Electronic flowmeter control: Automatically adjusts the sampling flow according to real-time temperature and pressure measurements.
    •  AC and DC power supply: Supports an external power box or AC/DC desktop power adapter. The instrument provides power failure memory and automatically saves data if power is interrupted.
    •  DC24V interfaces: Provides both DC24V input and output for external power supply and accessory operation.
    •  Overvoltage protection: Provides protection against input voltages exceeding AC250V.
Optional communication and positioning: Wireless communication, positioning and mobile APP operation are available as options.
Reserved humidity measurement interfaces: Supports future humidity measurement methods based on the resistance-capacitance method or dry-and-wet-bulb method.

    Working Principle
During testing, the instrument draws flue gas from a stationary pollution source through a sampling probe and sampling system. Particulate matter is collected using the appropriate sampling method, while gaseous pollutants such as SO₂, NOx and CO are measured by electrochemical detection.
The electronic flowmeter continuously monitors the sampling flow. The instrument also measures flue gas temperature, dynamic pressure, static pressure and moisture content. Based on the measured parameters, it calculates corrected pollutant concentrations, emission quantities and pollution-control efficiency.
When the CO–SO₂ correction function is enabled, the measured CO concentration is used to automatically correct the SO₂ measurement according to the entered correction coefficient.
