    ZGY-II Automatic Drying Tester
    Introduction:
    The automatic drying tester (ink drying and solidification tester) is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the Ministry of Light Industry standard QB562-83 "Ink Drying Inspection Method", providing a method for measuring the drying time of offset printing ink. The standard defines the drying time of offset printing ink as follows: "The time required to prevent the sulfuric acid paper on the ink scraper sample from staining under certain pressure conditions after adding a certain amount of drying oil is the drying time of the ink, expressed in hours. The test is conducted under the condition of comparing the standard sample with the sample." In addition, it is also used to make a sample of copperplate paper through a printing adaptability tester, cover it with another copperplate paper, and perform a drying test on an automatic drying tester. The drying time of ink can be obtained by converting the number of stained strips.
    The ZGY-II automatic drying tester uses a color screen to display relevant test parameters. Compare the use of standard scraper samples, test scraper samples, and covered sulfuric acid paper fixed with adhesive tape on the circular drum of the automatic drying tester. The circular drum rotates slowly at the set speed, and the pressure wheel presses over the sulfuric acid paper and moves slowly along the axial direction of the circular drum at a constant ratio. The ink drying time is obtained by multiplying the number of sticky color strips on the sulfuric acid paper by the number of revolutions per minute.
