Brief introduction:
1. The illuminance index, black background and white board of the instrument all meet the requirements of pharmacopoeia. 3. Detection principle:
The clarity detector consists of four parts: power supply, light source, illumination detection and timing circuit.
(1) power supply: 5V and -5v voltages are generated by power transformer and rectifier regulator circuit, and the power supply circuit is used.
(2) the light source is composed of an electronic ballast, a 20W three-color fluorescent lamp and a light shading device. The illumination is adjustable.
(3) for illumination detection, the silicon photocell, as the illumination sensor, is placed in the detection position parallel to the canopy edge. Under illumination, A photocurrent proportional to the illumination is generated, which is converted by I/V and A/D to display the illumination. Rotate the illuminance adjustment knob on the upper part of the instrument to the desired illuminance. The illuminance is displayed as a two-digit "XX", indicating that the illuminance is XX00 lx. Illuminance range is 1000 ~ 4000 lx.
(4) timing circuit: it is composed of seconds pulse generator, seconds counter, time setting, start/stop circuit, sound pulse formation and sound prompt drive circuit. Set the required detection time with the timing dial switch. The indicator light flashes once per second during the timing process. Timing start and end with sound prompt.
