    Introduction:
    The vertical computer tensile tester is used in industries such as paper making, plastic film production, chemical fiber manufacturing, aluminum foil production, and other production and inspection departments that require the determination of the tensile strength of objects. It can measure tensile force, tensile strength, elongation, breaking length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index, tensile energy absorption index, elastic modulus, and peel strength of adhesive tapes. It is suitable for testing paper, paperboard, aluminum foil, aluminum-plastic tapes, plastic films, other non-metallic materials, and nonwoven fabrics.
    Features:
    1. Closed-loop servo stepper motor, ball screw, and three guide axes ensure smooth and precise transmission.
    2. Equipped with a 10-inch color LCD touch screen, it displays the stretching curve in real time.
    3. The Cotex-M4 ARM processor and 24-bit analog-to-digital converter enhance the response speed of the instrument, ensuring real-time measurement.
    4. Data saving function in case of sudden power failure: The data saved before power failure will be retained after powering on and testing can continue.
    5. Features such as automatic reset, data memory, overload protection, and fault self-diagnosis.
    6. Test data supports exporting via USB flash drive.
    7. Both the system and screen software support upgrades via network or USB flash drive.
