    Introduction:
    XRW-300E thermal deformation and Vicat softening point temperature tester is designed with international and national standards to determine the thermal softening performance of plastic materials or finished products. This instrument is controlled by a PC. The PC is connected to a lower computer through a USB interface or a serial port. It adopts self-developed control software. The software can be used for parameter setting, test control, automatic drawing of temperature curves, saving and printing test results, and instrumentation Calibration and other functions. At the same time, it provides a dual-control model of PC and local controller. This model can be controlled by a computer or can be controlled by a local controller without a computer, which is more flexible.

    1. Support the thermal deformation test of various samples specified by the standard.
    2. Support various Vicat softening point tests specified by the standard.
    3. Optimized constant speed heating algorithm, the heating process is stable and accurate.
    4. The software corrects displacement error and temperature error.
    5. The hardware adjusts the temperature error.
