        XH-1 Fiber Heat Shrinkage Tester is a new type of testing instrument developed by our company and Dongli University (formerly China Textile University) Shanghai Institute of Applied Science and Technology of Lipu to adopt digital technology test principle. The structure is precise and the test is fast , The data is stable and reliable, suitable for dry heat shrinkage test of synthetic staple fibers, which is an urgent need for fiber performance testing. XHL-1 chemical fiber filament shrinking tester is a chemical fiber filament shrinkage test equipment. The instrument reads the change of the length of the chemical fiber filament on the cylinder frame of the sample cylinder before heating and after heating under a certain tension sequentially by the force measuring device and automatically calculates the average heat shrinkage coefficient and coefficient of variation of the sample. The computer controls the operation and automatically displays and prints test results.
        The instrument meets the test method standard requirements of industry standard FZ / T 50004 and is used for the dry heat shrinkage test of single chemical staple fiber. Now it has been tested in Shanghai Lianji Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd., Fujian Jinrui Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Jiangyin Sanfangxiang Group, Jiangyin Huaxi Baochang Chemical Fiber and other large and medium-sized enterprises, Jiangsu Province, Fiber Inspection Bureau, China Textile Research Institute and other units.
