    Introduction:
    TJ-TAS electromagnetic vibration screening instrument is a laboratory three-dimensional vibration screening instrument developed and produced by Dongfang Tianjing, which uses electromagnetic force as the driving force. It is easy to operate and can greatly reduce the labor intensity of laboratory operators and improve labor efficiency.
    The TJ-TAS electromagnetic vibration screening instrument uses the electromagnetic force generated by 220V AC power as the driving force, and is equipped with an electromagnetic coil at the bottom for charging and discharging, which drives the sieve to vibrate. The sample to be screened is thrown in three dimensions on the surface of the sieve to achieve uniform screening effect. The TJ-TAS electromagnetic screening instrument can place up to 10 layers of standard sieves from top to bottom, arranged in descending order of pore size, and can simultaneously obtain samples of different particle sizes. The amplitude and vibration frequency of the screening instrument can be electronically controlled and adjusted, making it easy to operate. It is also equipped with a screening ball, which increases the vibration of the sieve mesh with the kinetic energy of the ball, reducing the occurrence of sample clogging of the sieve holes.
