    Introduction
    The separator is designed according to the principle of shock, by PM5, PM10, PM2.5 levels, each level has a shock of orifice plate and impact separation collection plate. Tertiary impact separation collection plate structure is the same. Due to different size particles impact inertia, impact plate on the number of holes and pore diameter are different.
    The separator is connected to my company's TH-150 series flow sampler , according to the different combinations can be used for scientific research institutes , universities, environmental protection departments in air TSP, PM10, PM5, PM2.5 ( total suspended particulates , respirable particulate matter and respiratory particulate matter ) sampling , to achieve a machine can function.
    Technical characteristics
    1. TSP sampling its performance to meet the national standard entrance requirement that
    Entrance speed : 0.3m / s
    Entrance width and height ratio : b / a = 0.625
    2.PM10 separator :
    da50 = 10.2μm
    δg = da16/da50 = da50/da84 = 1.5
    Meet the national standard GB6921-86 regarding particulates (PM10) sampler provides da50 = 10 ± 1μm and δg ≤ 1.5 requirements.
    3. PM5 separator: da50 = 4.93μm
    Compared with RMRC standard deviations of its trapping efficiency between 0.4-10.7 % , to meet the ISO report tolerance 15% requirement.
    4. PM2.5 cutter : da50 = 2.47μm
    And " typical particle size distribution " under "ideal sampler" mass concentration of particulate matter trapped predictive value relative deviation is 0.2%.
    Meet the standards set forth in the Federal da50 = 2.5 ± 0.2μm, and the ideal sampler trap mass concentration of particulate matter relative deviation of ≤ 10% of the requirement.
