    SWK-B Digital Thyristor Temperature Controller

    Product Introduction
The SWK-B Digital Thyristor Temperature Controller is designed for automatic temperature control of box-type high-temperature resistance furnaces (muffle furnaces), double-tube sulfur analyzers, ash fusion point furnaces and other electric heating equipment.
The controller uses a digital temperature display and bidirectional thyristor (SCR) output control to provide smooth, contactless power switching. Its built-in PID temperature regulation helps reduce temperature overshoot and improve furnace temperature control accuracy.
With continuously adjustable output voltage from 0 to 220 V, the SWK-B can adapt heating rates to different experimental requirements and provide flexible temperature control for laboratory electric furnaces.

    Performance Features
    • Digital temperature display: Clearly displays the measured furnace temperature.
    • Bidirectional thyristor control: Provides contactless switching with no mechanical contacts.
    •  Long service life: Solid-state output avoids mechanical contact wear.
    •  Low-noise operation: Thyristor switching produces no mechanical switching noise.
    • PID temperature regulation: Helps reduce temperature overshoot and improve temperature stability.
    •  Adjustable heating rate: Output voltage can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 220 V.
    •  Wide application range: Suitable for muffle furnaces, double-tube sulfur furnaces, ash fusion point furnaces and other electric heating equipment.
    •  K-type thermocouple input: Designed for Ni-Cr/Ni-Si (K-type) thermocouples from 0 to 1000°C.
    •  Compact controller design: Dimensions are 330 × 290 × 120 mm.

    Working Principle
The SWK-B measures furnace temperature through a K-type nickel-chromium/nickel-silicon thermocouple. The measured temperature is digitally displayed and compared with the required control condition.
The controller uses PID regulation to adjust the heating output according to the temperature deviation. A bidirectional thyristor provides contactless power control, while the output voltage can be continuously adjusted within 0–220 V to control the heating power and accommodate different heating-rate requirements.
