Due to the urgent need in the market for an automated steam distillation device to replace traditional manual operations, which can greatly simplify the distillation pretreatment process and improve labor efficiency, our company has specially launched the ST109 model of intelligent integrated steam distillation apparatus based on the description of the third method in GB5009.34-2022 "Determination of Sulfur Dioxide in Foods".
Features:
1. A truly integrated design, featuring an independent steam chamber within the main unit's internal cavity, capable of automatically generating steam;
2. Automatic acid addition setting, with independent control for each channel, allowing for setting of acid addition volume, calibration of acid addition accuracy, pipeline cleaning, and other functions;
3. The equipment is equipped with an independent nitrogen flow control valve, with a flow range of 200-2000 ml/min;
4. The endpoint of the distillate can be automatically set and controlled. Once the set value is reached, the heating can be automatically stopped, and an audible and visual alarm will be triggered;
