SIM-3003 Series Reflective Photometric Integrating Sphere
Introduction:
Compared to a radiance integrating sphere, a reflectance integrating sphere features an additional 8-degree inclined light inlet at the bottom for connecting to the light source. This allows light from a standard light source to directly illuminate the sample port on the top of the integrating sphere. After contacting the sample surface, the standard light will be reflected back into the integrating sphere, where the reflected light can be measured and analyzed through other measurement ports. When combined with a spectrometer, fiber optics, light source, and various optical measurement devices, the reflectance integrating sphere can form a system for measuring the surface reflectance of different samples, including planar and curved irregular samples.
