Introduction
The SH-01 high field energy moisture meter is a new generation of rapid moisture measuring instrument developed on the basis of foreign advanced technology. The instrument is easy to operate and test fast. During use, the instrument can generate electromagnetic fields sensitive to water molecules around the test probe. The characteristics of the energy absorbed by the water molecules produce a fixed electric field energy that can be compared with the lost electric field energy to obtain an accurate water value. For items with different water contents, the instrument derives different water values depending on the energy it absorbs.
