    SG Series Dial Force Gauge

    Product Introduction
The SG Series Dial Force Gauge is a simple and reliable mechanical force measurement instrument designed for compression force testing. It features high load capacity, good measurement accuracy, easy operation, and a mechanical dial design that makes it suitable for applications where digital push-pull force gauges may be affected by electromagnetic interference.
The SG Series covers force ranges from 10 kN to 200 kN. Newton and kilogram units can be displayed simultaneously, eliminating the need for manual unit conversion. Customized force units are also available.

    Performance Features
    •    Patented structural design for practical and reliable operation.
    •  Suitable for electromagnetic-interference environments where digital force gauges are less suitable.
    •   Dual-unit display: Newton and kilogram units can be displayed simultaneously; customized units are available.
    •  Dual-pointer design provides both peak-value retention and continuous load indication.
    •  External tolerance indicator allows quick judgment of whether the measured force is within the required range.
    •    High-capacity models available from 10 kN to 200 kN.
    •    Mechanical operation requires no electronic display system.
    Patents: ZL 200930096196.9; ZL 200920078157.0

    Working Principle
The SG Series uses a mechanical force measurement structure to convert the applied compression force into pointer displacement on the dial.
During testing, the main pointer indicates the applied load, while the dual-pointer configuration provides peak force retention and continuous load indication. The external tolerance indicator can be positioned according to the required force range, helping operators quickly assess the measured value.
Because the force indication is mechanical, the SG Series can be used in environments where electromagnetic interference may limit the use of electronic or digital force gauges.
