    Introduction:
    The SDCS-B60 60W sheet metal semiconductor dehumidification device is an intelligent dehumidification equipment utilizing semiconductor refrigeration and dehumidification technology. The device draws humid air from a sealed space into the dehumidification duct through a built-in fan. The water vapor in the air condenses into water after passing through the semiconductor refrigeration mechanism (utilizing the Peltier effect), and then is discharged out of the cabinet through a water conduit, thus achieving the dehumidification effect of reducing the moisture content in the air.
    Compared to traditional heating dehumidification (passive prevention of condensation), this device adopts an active approach to guide condensation, effectively preventing potential safety hazards such as equipment aging, reduced insulation strength, secondary terminal breakdown, material mold growth, and steel structural component corrosion within the cabinet. This provides a solid guarantee for the safe operation of the power system.

    The dehumidification duct actively induces condensation, and the exhaust gas is heated to reduce humidity, effectively achieving comprehensive moisture prevention and dehumidification in the enclosed space of the electrical cabinet.
    The humidity and temperature sensors conduct 24-hour real-time sampling, and automatically activate Dehumidifier-2 when the readings exceed the preset activation threshold.
    The humidity and temperature settings have a memory function, so they won't be lost due to power off or on.
    6. Fault display function, which allows for quick identification of fault points to ensure normal operation.
    7. Special moisture-proof components are used, and the shell adopts a sheet metal structure to ensure normal operation in humid environments.
    The application of 8-channel shielding and isolation technology meets the Level 3 standard of GB/T 17626-2008, ensuring operation under strong electromagnetic fields.
    The 9-way dehumidification and condensate drainage pipeline can discharge the condensate water outside the cabinet, and also allow for collection outside the cabinet using a liquid storage bag.
