    SCIENTZ-Nano Laboratory High Pressure Homogenizer
    Product Introduction
The SCIENTZ-Nano Laboratory High Pressure Homogenizer is a compact benchtop high-pressure sample processing system designed for laboratory research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, food engineering, and nanomaterial preparation. It combines high homogenization pressure, an integrated cooling system, and adjustable flow control to achieve efficient cell disruption, nano-emulsification, particle size reduction, and sample dispersion.
With a maximum working pressure of 1500 bar (150 MPa), the SCIENTZ-Nano can reduce biological sample particle sizes to below 100 nm while achieving a cell disruption efficiency exceeding 95%. Its sanitary stainless-steel construction, low sample requirement, and optional automatic pressure adjustment make it an ideal solution for both R&D laboratories and pilot-scale production.

    Key Features
    • Maximum homogenization pressure up to 1500 bar (150 MPa)
    • Produces particle sizes below 100 nm
    • Cell disruption efficiency greater than 95%
    • Compact benchtop design for laboratory use
    • Adjustable pressure and variable flow control
    • Integrated cooling system minimizes sample temperature rise
    • Hygienic 316L stainless steel wetted parts
    • Built-in drain valve for nearly zero sample residue
    • Online automatic venting with pressure recovery
    • Optional automatic pressure regulation
    • Optional plunger cleaning function for longer seal life
    • Stable pressure output with long service life

    Working Principle
The SCIENTZ-Nano operates using high-pressure homogenization technology.
The sample is drawn from the material container through a one-way valve into the high-pressure chamber. A reciprocating plunger compresses the sample to the preset pressure. The pressurized liquid is then forced through a precision micro-gap, creating an instantaneous micro-jet.
During this process, intense cavitation, high-speed impact, and shear forces effectively disrupt cells, reduce particle size, disperse particles uniformly, and produce stable nano-scale emulsions or suspensions.
The integrated cooling system directly cools the homogenization head, helping preserve temperature-sensitive biological samples throughout processing.
