    Introduction:
    This instrument is our company's latest third-generation product, designed and manufactured according to the standard test method specified in the national standard GB/T6536-2010, "Determination of Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products at Atmospheric Pressure". It can measure two samples simultaneously. It meets international standards such as GB/T3146-2010, "Determination of Distillation Range of Industrial Aromatic Hydrocarbons and Related Materials - Part 1: Distillation Method", as well as ASTM D86/ASTM D850/ASTM D1078-IP195/ISO3405. Integrating mechanical, optical, and electronic technologies, it utilizes imported sensors and an imported digital optical tracking detection system for reading the liquid level in the graduated cylinder. It automatically completes the entire distillation experiment and is widely applicable to the measurement and analysis of distillation characteristics under atmospheric pressure for distillate fuels such as natural gasoline (stable light hydrocarbons), light and middle distillates, automotive spark ignition engine fuels, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, diesel, and kerosene, as well as naphtha and naphtha solvent oil products.
    Features:
    1. The instrument can test two samples simultaneously, and parameters can be set on the 10.4-inch color LCD touch screen interface, truly achieving one machine with dual functionality; the operating system is located on the front of the instrument, making it convenient for users to operate
    2. Cold bath control: The temperature range is 0~80℃, with a temperature control accuracy of 0.2℃. The temperature rise rate of the cold bath can be controlled through a segmented program, ensuring reliable condensation and outflow of light and heavy components during the distillation process. The cold bath adopts patented technology of an integrated heat and cold conduction condenser, which enables fast and efficient heat and cold conduction of the instrument, without liquid conduction medium, making it safe and convenient. It adopts an internal circulation method, eliminating the need for water bath cooling to avoid leakage and freezing, ensuring safety and energy efficiency.
    3. The instrument meets the requirements for normal use in areas with an altitude of over 3650m
    4. With automatic temperature control, there is no need to use devices such as graduated baths, weight blocks, or spacer blocks, making the operation more convenient.
    5. Cold trap control: Temperature range: 0~60℃, temperature control accuracy: 0.3℃. The temperature inside the cold trap can be controlled through segmented programming, and it is a fully enclosed independent space.
    6. Barometric pressure detection: Measurement range of 300-1100hPa, accuracy of ±3hPa, built-in pressure sensor. Automatic correction of sample temperature values.
    7. After the sample is prepared, it is automatically tested for heat, ensuring the safety of the laboratory;
    8. The heating furnace adopts a ceramic heating device with pulse modulated infrared radiation heating, which ensures fast heating and cooling speeds, as well as safety and reliability;
    9. Infrared radiation heating, equipped with a reflective cover, greatly enhances thermal efficiency and reduces heat loss, saving up to 40% of energy consumption. At the same time, it provides excellent thermal protection for components beneath the furnace wire, extending their service life;
    10. The heating furnace frame can be manually raised to any position and manually slid down, offering quick and flexible operation. When the experiment is over, the furnace frame automatically slides down, cutting off the residual heat from the heat source to achieve rapid cooling;
    11. Electric furnace cooling: After the experiment is over, the cooling fan rapidly cools down the temperature.
    12. The built-in UV flame sensor automatically monitors and opens the protective gas valve when a flame is detected, ensuring experimental safety
    13. The compressor, heating ceramic element, temperature sensor, cooling fan, and refrigeration diverter valve all adopt imported components, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of instrument data, while achieving long service life and low failure rate.
    14. Both the connection of the distillation flask branch tube and the installation of the temperature sensor utilize patented technology with fixed plugs, ensuring ease and simplicity of use, good sealing, and consistent sensor positioning.
    15. Infrared modulation optical technology achieves liquid level tracking detection and initial distillation detection (imported from Panasonic), which is not affected by environmental interference and automatically detects the zero position of volume.
    16. Capable of connecting and transmitting data to the LIMS system;
