    Introduction:
    The RPP-7000S UV Fluorescence Sulfur Analyzer is a new generation of precision experimental instrument developed based on the combination of UV fluorescence principle and computer technology. As an integrated sulfur analyzer, it is widely used for the rapid determination of liquid, solid, or gas samples through UV fluorescence method. The application of high-precision data acquisition cards and computer technology provides reliable guarantees for data collection, control, and processing. The instrument boasts outstanding advantages such as high sensitivity, low noise, wide linear range, strong anti-interference capability, and stable and reliable performance
    Features:
    1. Quartz cracking tube: A blind-sleeve quartz tube that ensures complete combustion of the sample through back-and-forth combustion, eliminating the need for tungsten trioxide as a catalyst and still achieving complete conversion of the sample
    2. Gas circuit pressure stabilization device: A pressure stabilization system is installed in the gas circuit to avoid interference from gas flow and pressure fluctuations on the measurement.  
    3. Gas flow control: An electronic mass flowmeter is used to control gas flow through computer control, ensuring stable and precise gas flow without fluctuations. The instrument has better repeatability, and in case of abnormal flow of carrier gas or combustion-supporting gas during the measurement of small-content samples, the workstation suspends the injection of oil samples to prevent carbon deposition and contamination of the gas path and detector due to sample pyrolysis caused by oxygen deficiency.  
    4. Temperature control: The cracking furnace fan is equipped with an automatic control device, and the cooling fan automatically switches on and off, eliminating the need for personnel to wait for shutdown. It features an error warning function during operation and the ability to prohibit sample injection due to errors.  
    5. Testing room: Imported coating materials and advanced spraying techniques are employed to ensure the tightness of each component, eliminating air and light leaks and minimizing external interference. The background noise in the testing room is further suppressed.

The RPP-7000S ultraviolet fluorescence sulfur analyzer can be equipped with a solid-liquid integrated sample injector: the sample injection speed is constant and can be adjusted according to the sample; the quartz boat can transport the sample into and out of the pyrolysis furnace at a constant speed; the cooling is achieved by a cooling chip, eliminating the need for circulating water.  
    8. Workstation system: Combining single-point calibration with multi-point calibration, it automatically generates a calibration curve. The workstation provides users with a multi-point high-order curve fitting method, reducing the deviation caused by low measurement accuracy. The workstation monitors the instrument status in real time, including gas flow rate, pyrolysis furnace temperature, gas pressure, PMT high voltage, baseline, etc. In case of abnormalities, the instrument automatically alarms and cools down to enter the analysis and data processing stages. Controlled by a computer, the operation is convenient, and it comes with a data processing system that features automatic calculation functions such as concentration, content, unit conversion, and RSD.  
    9. Energy conservation and environmental protection: It includes a sleep-wake mode, with preset sleep and wake-up delays. During sleep, the furnace temperature is lowered, the air flow is reduced or turned off, saving energy and extending the machine's sample cycle by warming up ahead of time to meet usage conditions. A low-power integrated circuit system is adopted, with all internal circuits using low-power components such as CPUs, A/D conversion modules, etc., utilizing the STC series of low-power components
