    The PATLink 1000 Series Online Laser Particle Size Monitoring System is designed for real-time particle size measurement and process control in powder production. Based on the laser diffraction principle, it continuously monitors particle size distribution directly on production lines and can transmit measurement data to production equipment through industrial communication interfaces.
    With a measurement range of 0.1–1000 μm, PATLink 1000 supports both wet and dry processes. It can be used for online measurement as well as at-line analysis of manually collected samples.
    The system is suitable for demanding industrial environments and helps improve product consistency, reduce waste and labor costs, and optimize powder production efficiency.

    Working Principle
    PATLink 1000 uses laser diffraction and full-range Mie theory to determine particle size distribution.
    A laser beam passes through the dispersed particles, and the system detects the scattering intensity at different angles. The measured scattering pattern is processed using the optical model and inversion algorithm to calculate the particle size distribution.
    During production, the system continuously samples and measures material from the process line, providing real-time particle size data for process monitoring and automatic control.
