The sample bottle of the aerosol generator is made of high borosilicate glass and features a specially designed nozzle. The aerosol generator is equipped with a built-in micro air compressor. Air enters the nozzle of the sample bottle, generating aerosol mist through shear force formed between high-speed airflow and liquid. Large-sized particles are returned to the container through inertial collision, outputting small-sized aerosols, with the particle size distribution of the aerosol mainly within 2um. The sample bottle of the aerosol generator can be sterilized at high temperature and high pressure, and can be reused, making it suitable for generating aerosols of drug solutions. The aerosol generator is equipped with a built-in micro air compressor, which can work upon power connection. It is compact and convenient, and is also very suitable for on-site testing of filters and clean rooms.
