    2. Material requirements
    (1) The material is 1000 mesh powder material, and the feeding is 10kg at a time
    3. Microwave source selection:
    (1) The microwave output power can reach 24kW, the power is adjustable, and the microwave source is water-cooled.
    (2) A special industrial-grade microwave source is used to ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
    4. Microwave cavity design:
    (1) The equipment adopts stainless steel box design, and the shell is carbon steel sprayed with plastic, which is beautiful and harmonious as a whole.
    (2) The multi-faceted microwave feeding in the periphery of the equipment enhances the uniformity of the microwave field.
    (3) Special thermal insulation materials for microwaves are installed in the furnace cavity, and low-loss ceramic fiber materials are selected, which are light in weight and have good thermal insulation effect.
    5. The reactor is a quartz tube:
    (1) The inner diameter is 250mm, the length is 1800mm, and the microwave heating zone is 1000mm long. (Total volume of microwave heating zone is 50L)
    (2) The inner wall of the quartz tube is welded with a quartz material turning plate for lifting and mixing materials.
    (3) On the outside of the 1000mm heating zone, a plug for the material is set, and a hole is opened in the middle for axial temperature measurement and gas entry and exit.
    6. Sealing of pipelines:
    (1) There are inlet and outlet ports at both ends of the reactor, which can be introduced into various atmospheres (such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, etc.), and the designed gas flow can reach 5m3/h.
    (2) It adopts a dynamic sealing structure and cooperates with a shielding device to prevent microwave leakage from the external pipes of the equipment.
    (3) The air inlet is on the same side as the temperature measurement port, which is convenient for the protective gas to block the reactor and ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement.
    (4) After microwave treatment, the temperature of the reaction tail gas is 400-500˚C, and the whole process is sealed.
    7. Rotary pipe drive and installation:
    (1) Equipped with a transmission motor, which is used to drive the pipeline to rotate, and the rotation speed can be adjusted from 0.1 to 1 rpm.
    (2) The quartz tube is provided with a bottom slide rail structure, which is convenient for pulling out the entire pipeline for loading and unloading.
    8. Temperature measurement and temperature control:
    (1) Infrared sensor temperature measurement, through the central axial temperature measurement of the rotating pipe, to meet the temperature operation requirements of 0 ~ 800 °C.
    9. Automatic control:
    (1) Using PLC programming control, touch screen operation, human-computer interaction, integrated control terminal, temperature and power are intelligently controllable, and the operation is simple and convenient.
    (2) Multiple sets of program memory function, each set of programs can be controlled by 10 sections of temperature and time, which is conducive to process exploration, and can store, modify, call and delete programs.
    10. Overall dimensions: about 2500 (including the protruding parts at both ends of the tube) x1000x1000 = width x height x depth.
