    Introduction:
    MA-6000 adopts high-quality Marlow semiconductor thermoelectric module, combined with German high-end PT1000 temperature sensor and electrical resistance heating compensation edge temperature control mode. The fluorescent signal in 96 sample holes is transmitted to Gaoxin through imported high-temperature professional optical fiber. The noise ratio is -20 cold low temperature CCD for real-time detection; it is an open design fully automatic fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument with completely independent intellectual property rights.
    The MA-6000 is equipped with a 5-color fluorescent channel detection platform as standard. The independent maintenance-free full-wavelength halogen tungsten lamp is used as the excitation light source. It is operated through the built-in computer touch screen or an external computer, which is efficient and portable. It can be widely used in basic medical research, pathogen detection, molecular cloning, genetic screening, gene expression, genotyping, genetic modification testing, food safety testing and public health epidemic monitoring and other industries and fields.
