    Summary:
    LS108A test principle is to use infrared 850nm light source, infrared 940nm light source and visible 550nm light source to irradiate the transparent material under test. The sensor detects the incident light intensity of three light sources and the light intensity after passing through the transparent material under test respectively.
    Today's smartphones have light sensors and distance sensors. The light sensor can automatically adjust the screen brightness, etc., and the distance sensor can automatically turn off the screen by sensing the distance between the phone and the face when talking to prevent the face from mistakenly touching the screen.
    Smart phone lenses typically have two small holes for infrared light and distance sensors.
    There is also a larger hole for the camera. The infrared penetration ability of these two holes directly affects the performance of the light sensor and distance sensor of a smartphone. So all of these infrared transmittance indices are very important.
    The main plane of the lens and the camera hole and the light and distance sensor hole also have the light transmittance index requirements.
    Instrument features:
    1. All three test holes are provided with alignment indicator LED, which is used for the alignment of the hole of the cellphone lens during the test.
    2. Especially suitable for infrared transmittance and visible transmittance testing of mobile phone lens;
    3. The instrument has the function of real-time dynamic self-calibration, which is automatically calibrated to 100% transmittance after startup;
    4. The minimum test material size as 1.0 mm.
    5. Stainless steel table design, beautiful appearance, easy to place and operate.
    6. On the stainless steel table, glue and fix a lens positioning piece to facilitate the batch test of lenses on the production line.
    Technical parameters:
    1.Instrument dimensions: length 200mm x width 180mm x height 106mm;
    2.The smallest size: test content 1.0 mm
    3.Instrument weight: about 1500 grams;
    4.Resolution: when the measured value <10%, the resolution is 0.1%; The resolution of other ranges is 1%;
    5.Measurement accuracy: better than + / - 2% (colorless and uniform light-transmitting substances), factory standard sample detection is better than + / - 1%;
    6.Infrared: 850nm and 940nm two-channel test
    7.Visible light: central wavelength 550nm;
    8.Power supply: 9V AC/DC power supply, or portable plug-in lithium battery power supply.
