Working Principle
The KN-NH20 uses the Nessler reagent spectrophotometric method to determine ammonia nitrogen concentration.
After the water sample reacts with the Nessler reagent, a colored compound is formed. The instrument measures the absorbance of the sample using its optical system and calculates the ammonia nitrogen concentration according to the corresponding calibration curve.
The built-in standard curve allows direct testing without complicated curve setup, while additional calibration curves can be configured for different users, environments and wastewater types.
